Online ordering experience was fine. After placing the order, I had a question about the process, so I called the dealership. I selected "Option 4" for parts, then tried to hold. The call would not go to "hold," and I was prompted over and over to "select option 1" to hold. When I could not be placed on hold to wait for an associate, I tried entering "option 2" which said I could leave a message requesting a return call. However, there was no option available to leave a message. It told me no one was answering the line and it directed me back to the call options. I chose the option to speak with an operator, but that option didn't work, either. Is there a way to speak with an actual person at your dealership?
